I’ve been stupid excited about this podfic. I love everything about the story and I listen to at least one of the cast recordings everyday. :D
So, while practicing doing some clouds and stuff this sort of came into my mind. A Blue Sky podfic poster with some dynamic text (which I have never done before); it was a real challenge and watch, there is probably a spelling mistake up there or something. XD
Also, I have no sense of “center” if you know what I mean. Things might be leaning a bit too far left or right. I can never get things straight, lol.
I’m all pumped for the first chapter!
Oh my gosh, this is absolutely gorgeous! As someone both very much into typography and also into anything with the wheat/blue sky combination, I find this absolutely perfect. Thank you!

Update!
A lot of people have been asking what’s been going on with this project the past few months, and I am really very sorry for the lack of posts lately.
However, a lot’s been going on behind the scenes! A few of the cast members had a read-through of the first chapter a couple weeks ago, and I can happily say that I’m about a 100% sure that none of you will be disappointed.
Most of the lines for the first chapter have been recorded, save our GLaDOS, who is currently busy. After we have all our recorded audio collected and edited, they’ll go over to the sound team so that they can put them together and add the music and sound effects.
We were planning to have a chapter out once a month once this first one was up, but it might take a bit longer than expected. I’m not so sure about the length of time it will take to get each chapter out, but hopefully we’ll have an estimate soon.
As for where we’re going to host the files, we’re contacting a few people to try and put up a website at the moment, and they will hopefully be available on iTunes as free podcasts.
Hope this satisfies you for the moment!

This is helpful! For those of you who were wondering what our cast really sounds like. c:
god-of-franklyville submitted: now that you got the cast, how long do you think it will take for the podfic to be finnished? will the chapters come seperate or all in one peice?(seperate plz!)
The chapters will come separately, one by one. We’re thinking that it will take around three or four weeks for each, and though recording probably will not take that long, post-production, soundtrack, and editing will definitely take up the better part of the time. Once completed, the chapters should be available for download and listening on both a website and iTunes. We’re still working around that particular.
